In collaboration with Morgan Thermal Ceramics, a global leader in the manufacturing and ceramics industry, we developed a cutting-edge Mixed Reality (MR) Structural Application. The goal was to bridge the gap between complex engineering designs and real-world construction, accelerating digital transformation on the factory floor and construction sites. By leveraging world-class MR technologies, this project overlays high-precision 3D models onto physical environments, revolutionizing how thermal insulation and structural components are installed, inspected, and maintained.

We developed an MR system that projects exact 3D structural blueprints directly onto the real-world site using HoloLens 2. Workers can now see exactly where each component belongs, reducing human error to near zero.
